It wasn’t exactly turkey & stuffing & mashed potatoes. It was Bún Riêu Cua with extra mắm tôm (my Vietnamese peeps know what I’m talkin’ bout!).
And it wasn’t at a dinner table decked out in candles and pilgrimy stuff. It was on a little plastic chair on the side of the road in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
